Kulübün resmi internet sitesinden yapılan açıklamada, Mehmet Topuz ile dönem harici yapılan sözleşmenin tescilinin transfer talimatına aykırı olduğu ve bu nedenle kulüple futbolcu arasında hukuki bir bağ olmadığı yönündeki iddiaların gerçeği yansıtmadığı belirtildi.

Kulübün Mehmet Topuz ile 20 Mayıs 2008′de sözleşme imzaladığı hatırlatılan açıklamada, şu bilgilere yer verildi:

”Kulübümüz futbolcumuz Mehmet Topuz ile 10 Haziran 2009 başlangıç ve 31 Mayıs 2010 bitiş tarihli ‘dönem harici’ sözleşmeyi 20 Mayıs 2008 tarihinde Kayseri 2. Noterliğinde 6402 yevmiye numarası ile karşılıklı olarak imza etmiştir. Kulübümüz aynı gün yani 20 Mayıs 2008 tarihinde bu sözleşmeyi 277 kayıt numarası ile Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu Kayseri Bölge Müdürlüğü’ne teslim etmiştir.”

Dün bazı basın kuruluşlarında, Mehmet Topuz’un Kayserispor ile yaptığı dönem harici sözleşmenin tescilinin transfer talimatına aykırı olduğu ve Mehmet Topuz’un Futbol Federasyonu talimatlarına göre, 31 Mayıs 2009 tarihi itibarıyla serbest kalmış bir futbolcu olduğu iddiası yer almıştı.

Akıllara durgunluk veren soruyu hep beraber araştırdık ve bünyamin ile reyhanın ayrıldığına şahit olduk.Fazla uzun sürmeyen bu ilişkinin başlamasına bünyamin sebep olmuş ayrılmak istediğin halde ayrılamamıştır.Ama sonunda artık ne olduysa bunlar ayrılmışlar.Olayın doğruluğunu sn. Bünyamin’e sorduk sorduk ve mikrofonlarımıza şu yanıtı verdi

“walla olmadı gözüm arzudan baskasını gormuyodu reyhanla denedım olmadısonra karar verdık ayrıldık oda cok uzuldu eger gerı donersen beklerım senı dedı ama bilmiorum zaman goztercek bunu”

.Bünyamini bu mesajından anlaşıldığı gibi herhalde arzuyu kimseye değişmeyecek .Bünyaminden daha fazla bilgi alamadık çünkün bize “biraz daha uzatırsan ananı…..”bakışı attı.
